Step 2
Assess: the report that quantifies everything
2 to 3 weeks
The heart of the method. We put your company under the microscope: interviews with department heads, process mapping, analysis of processed volumes. The goal is simple: find where the hours and the money are.
- The productivity opportunities identified, each quantified in hours per month and money per year
- A prioritized roadmap: quick wins first, structural projects second
- The prerequisites for each project: data, tools, security
- Deliverable: a complete report, presented to your leadership team

Implement: results, not slides
According to the roadmap
The assessment roadmap turns into concrete projects, in order of profitability. Two complementary formats:
Fixed-price quick wins
Automations and first simple assistants, delivered in days or weeks. Fixed price per project, defined in the roadmap. Knowledge transfer is included: your teams know how to use and evolve what's delivered.
AI assistants operated on subscription
Assistants that work like members of your team: invoice processing, catalog enrichment, RFP responses, tier-1 customer support, order reconciliation. Custom-built, hosted according to the sensitivity of your data — in the cloud or on-premise, inside your walls. All for a fraction of the cost of an employee.
Option: fractional AI leadership
A few days per month of ongoing advisory: project prioritization, industry-specific intelligence, deployment oversight. For executives who want direction without hiring.
Fixed prices per project or monthly subscription. Never surprise billing.
Our doctrine: simplest first
The order of preference is always the same — and it starts with the cheapest:

If a well-deployed off-the-shelf tool is enough, that's what we recommend. Nobody should pay for custom work on a problem that's already solved.
2. Automations
Connecting your tools together and automating task sequences, without heavy development.
3. Custom assistants
When your processes require it, we build assistants integrated into your business systems.
4. On-premise hosting
For genuinely sensitive data, the AI runs inside your walls. Your margins and purchase prices never leave the company.
